Hi Everyone!

It’s Day 6 of the Power of Words Handmade U Conversation Series and I’m so excited to have Melinda Edwards with me today on the chat!  It is extra fun today because it’s her BIRTHDAY!  Happy Birthday Melinda!

Melinda is a wife, mom of four, jewelry maker and occasional blogger.  She began making jewelry in 2013 after the passing of their four year old son, Jack. What started out as a hobby and a way to pass the time, quickly became a family business. She is blessed to be able to work out of her home on their small Southern Indiana farm. She sells her jewelry on Etsy and local markets. She is so thankful for the opportunity to bless others with meaningful pieces of jewelry and to be able to help her family financially in the process.

What a touching story Melinda shares. With great tragedy beauty can still shine through. Melinda you are such a strong and brave woman. Thank you for sharing with us, and being such a light for everyone who knows you and hears your story.

There is so much power is the words we share, the meaning of which each person that hears it can identify their own story with it. I love how creating meaningful pieces can hold such memories tight to your heart.
